A 12-year-old boy, Bilawal Ahmed Dawar from Peshawar, studying in 7th class, has already published a book (Pashtoon Heroes) and is now working on his second book. His book, Pashtoon Heroes, covers all the historical Pathan personalities and warriors.

In an effort to end commonly held misconceptions about Pashtoons, Bilawal Latif Dawar, started writing this book 3 years ago.

I wrote the book because I wanted to bring pride to the Pathan people. There is a misconception in the West that Pashtuns are eneducated and I want this thinking to end.

Bilawal did his research and took decision to include his favorite Pathan heroes in the book. These heroes are truly celebrated in the pashtoon community.

If you want to write a good and best book, you have to do a lot of research on that, fact check things and take out references.

Bilawal Ahmes Dawar started working on his book when he was only 9 years old. But he has always been a history buff. Spending time in the library of bilawal's school, Army Public School, and reading books is what Bilawal Ahmed Dawar enjoys the most.

My favorite book authors, whom I have taken inspiration from, include Olaf Core and Ghani Khan,

Bilawal moved from Waziristan to Peshawar with his family in 2014. When he’s not reading books, he’s out exploring the historical sites in Peshawar (KPK). His next book is based on people of Balochistan.
